I first came to Glenn's due to a vibration and a leak when driving. I couldn't take my car to my usual mechanic because I didn't wanna drive far due to the leak so I called up Glenn's and made an appointment, the receptionist was very nice and put me down for an appointment. Once I dropped my car off, I believe it was Mike that called me up and said that he felt I should take the car to a transmission specialist because it was leaking a lot of transmission fluid. He recommended me to another shop and they got my car taken care of and did a great job, obviously Mike just wanted my car to be in the best hands and he felt that for the issue my car had it was best suited for a transmission shop, honest guy! The second visit was for a clicking noise from my rear wheel, this time Larry was going to be working on my car. He took it for a drive, put my car on the lift and he checked everything out, came to the conclusion that it was most likely the axle. I told him I had warranty on the axle as I had changed it out myself before. Unlike most mechanics, he recommended I take my car back home, save myself the money and do it myself since I already knew how, and if that's not crazy enough, he didn't even charge me for the diagnosis! Talk about an honest mechanic who just wants the best for his customers cars. Oh and on top of all that, he even loaned me his snap on socket so I could get the job done, note this is the first time me and Larry have met. Great experiences both times, I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on, highly recommended!
