This is way past due but I literally made a Yelp account just so I could rate this company even though I can see they have no problem getting 5 stars! Anyway my situation happened months ago, maybe even a year ago. I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars and if the owner really wanted to, he could have made about $3,000 from me. I don't know the exact terminology of what was wrong with my car but definitely would have cost me thousands of dollars. Glenn was so honest, kind, and helpful. Before even looking into his own prices he researched the problem for me and discovered that the broken piece was still under my warranty! Of course I didn't know that because I'm a chick and know nothing about cars. But he took the time to explain to me what to do, basically said "Tell them it's still under your warranty and they'll look it up. Don't tell them "xyz" because they might think it's your fault but tell them this." During this time, I took it upon myself to research what else was on my warranty and found out I could get a paint job done too! I saved over $5,000 and paid nothing thanks to Glenn for telling me what to do and what to look for. These people are amazing, honest and know their stuff and I really hope they are getting the credit they deserve!

I had a great experience. There customer service was wonderful. I was looking for a AAA approved mechanic and this place was just around the corner from where I live. I purchased a car battery from AAA. I had that battery for Less than a year and it gave up on me while the car was parked. (No I did not leave any lights on) Let me just say that these batteries are the worst! I went to Glenn's to go exchange that awful battery. I appreciated the guy's upfront honesty. There is nothing better than great service, reasonable prices, and upfront honesty. I will gladly be back to service my car in the future. I have had my battery for a year now and its still good. The guy at Glenn's informed me that AAA sales one of the worst batteries. They are not meant for long term. Ugggh that's annoying. Im just glad that the problem was just the battery. They did not try to cross sell or up sell me anything I didn't need.

Wow, I think I just found my mechanic for life. Mike, the owner, and his crew is super friendly. I had a small issue with my lights and Mike stay after hours to take a look at it. After spending 20 minutes and replacing the parts, he basically wasn't even going to charge me. He wanted just the $2.50 for the part!!!! I couldn't believe it. You can't go into other auto shop these days for under $50. I ended up giving him $10 bucks so he could at least get a cup of joe. Thanks Mike, you are my mechanic for life.

I have been taking my vehicles to Mike for over ten years and refer everyone I know! Their work is excellent and their prices fair...it's that 1 out of 1000 honest repair shops that steer you straight with no bullshit. Don't expect ghetto shade tree prices, these guys do thorough work and you get what you pay for! Still cheaper than any stealership or big chain repair business. Mike is the man.

Great overall service. I was looking for a aaa approved mechanic and I'm glad I found Glenn's auto service. Mike the owner was very personable and accommodating. Great prices and excellent service.

Mike was nice. It's always a good sign when a shop is busy. Even though mike looked like he had his hands full he was still polite and courteous

An honest and competent auto service shop with good customer service can be a very difficult thing to find. Mike was so thorough in going over my mothers Infiniti I30 and did a complete service for a very reasonable price. In addition, he was able to identify the issue with her remote but didn't charge me and advised I take it to the Infiniti dealer for a replacement. I will always bring my cars to Glenn's Auto Service and Mike. His business is doing well and almost all of his referrals are by word of mouth, from one happy and loyal customer to another. Highly recommended with no reservations what so ever!

This place ig a great place to take your car. They are honest and fair. Everyone at my wife's office takes there car here for service.

Mike at Glenn's Auto Service is a throw back to the way business should be conducted. Straight forward on the issues with your vehicle explains what can wait and what needs to be done and offers great Preventative maintainance items (Justice Brothers Products and Services) and Smog check and the one I really needed Diesel Smog Check. I can't say enough great things about the people @ Glenn's Auto Service so thanks Mike,Bill&Linda. Dave B
