I recently went in to Glens Auto as a first timer and was quickly impressed with their customer service! I had taken in my 03 Cadillac Escalade which I had recently bought and wanted to get some familiarity with the vehicles issues through a digital inspection. As it would turn out, the vehicle had quite a list of issues that I now had the benefit of knowing. Nothing was pushed on me. Mike, the lead mechanic there was very professional, knowledgeable and honest, which goes a long way in that line of work (Thanks again Mike. Appreciate that!). I was enlightened with recommendations that I could tackle at my leisure and trust that I can go back to Glens Auto Repair and have the peace of mind that I wouldn’t be just another customer to be taken advantage of! I would definitely recommend all friends and family to consider Glens Auto for their auto repair needs! Mike, Misty, Tim, thanks again!
