I called Glenn’s Auto when my alternator was about to go out. They were able to have my alternator replaced for me that same day for a reasonable cost and they are always friendly. When I called a dealerships early that day to see how much it would cost, they wanted to charge me to just run a diagnostic before they could help me. I highly recommend going to Glenn’s Auto.

I'm only giving 4 stars because 5 stars always seem like a fake review. So consider this a real review and my top score. Glenn's is a good shop and one that I will be going to from now on. I recently moved to the area from out of town, and yesterday I took my Toyota Camry in for routine maintenance and to check my shocks and struts. The owner Mike was attentive and knowledgable. He gave me several options for the shocks and never tried to upsell me on questionable parts or service. He seemed very honest and fair. I trusted him immediately. His office manager/wife Misty was also very friendly and professional. I recommend Glenn's without reservation.

I do however recommend Glenn's Auto to anyone who asks if I know of an "Honest shop". I have been doing business with Mike for over 16 years, If you need to get your vehicle serviced, I can wholeheartedly recommend Glenn's Auto.

I have been a customer at Glenn's for a number of years for a couple of things that are difficult to find these days.... Customer Service and Quality Work at an Honest Price! Mike is always very professional and never tries to up sell you but does inform you and makes notes of what you vehicle may need in the future. The choice is always yours but it is a safety issue he may ask twice and let you know why it may be a good idea not to wait too long. The work that he and Larry do is excellent and all the years of taking all 3 of my vehicles there NOT once have I had to return for something that was repaired incorrectly. Great people make a great business and this is a Great place to take your vehicle to for repairs!
