Went in with concerns about my transmission which was slipping and jerking also A/C wasn't cooling properly. Very honest service consultant advised me to start by fixing leaks they found on the fuel lines, and fortunately that was the problem. Very professional and honest mechanics.

Once the car problems was identified the repair work was done very quickly and I was kept in communication through out the process. Friendly staff and happy with the work done.

Absolutely incredible service. I called a few shops to get my AC evacuated and recharged to fix a transmissions leak (Transmission cooler and AC condenser are the same unit for my vehicle for those curious, 07 Grand Caravan). I had the AC condenser part already and was possibly looking for a shop to take that part and do the work. Glenn's Auto does not offer work from customer purchased products, totally understandable. Mike talked options with me given I had the part, we settled with Glenn's shop evacuating and recharging the freon and I would take care of replacing the AC Condenser. I had them evacuate the AC the same day I called them and that evening I was able to get the AC condenser replaced, and then brought it back in the AM to have them recharge the system and I paid for the service after recharging. Given how small their space is, I was pretty shocked they were able to get this taken care of in such a short time. The reason I am writing this review though is because Mike gives me a call a few days later to make sure everything is working as it should. Wow! I don't remember any time with any company giving me a follow-up call to see how things are going. That really blew me away.
