I made an appointment at Glenn’s after having a very poor response from an area dealer. The dealer had “diagnosed” my trucks problem as “probably” a bad camshaft or hydraulic lifter, but said said they could tell without taking my engine apart starting at $2200. I knew that didn’t sound right so I researched Glenn’s and the reviews. After speaking to Mike, and and seeing all the positive reviews he had for honesty, I left my truck (Dodge Ram w/Hemi engine) He called me later that day and told me it was a spark plug issue. I had him change all of the plugs and now it is running like new. Saved me lots of money. Needless to say, I now have a permanent mechanic and shop that I know I can trust.

I returned from vacation with check engine light, and skid light, rough riding vehicle, I phoned Misty at Glen’s auto, and after describing the problem, one of the questions asked was is this my primary vehicle, followed up with scheduling me. Upon arriving, Mike asked me a few questions, explained the expectations. Upon the findings, Mike explained what was required. I received a call letting me know it would be less expensive than quoted due to their findings. I continue to be impressed with the way they handle all aspects of business. From the friendly receptionist who takes my call and really work with my schedule, to the awesome on-line detailed report they’ve sent in the past, including photos of what needs attention. I trust them to only recommend service that I really need, but also additional services and what to prioritize and when. Mike is super helpful at explaining the “whats and whys” and I’m lucky to have them right across the street from my work!

They put in a new alternator in my Tahoe, it runs great now. great service very professional, hassle free. I will definitely go back to get my A/C fix
