My catalytic converter(s) were stolen from my Tundra and I was able to work through my AAA insurance (minus deductible) to tow my Truck to a certified AAA Shop - Glenn's Auto Service. This was my first experience working with Glenn's auto service and I can say with great confidence that it will be my default auto repair shop from now on. I had the pleasure working with Jacob Schneider who walked me through all of the required parts and repairs that were needed to replace the catalytic converters. Additionally Jacob was able to help me address other repair issues that were encountered during their standard inspection. One other major concern that Glenn's auto was able to address was how to prevent or detour having my catalytic converter stolen again, this was addressed when Jacob was able to find a cat security system and have it installed on my truck for a reasonable price which adds Peace of Mind when I park my truck on the street knowing that there is some form of deterrent for the next thief. I want to thank Jacob and all of the service techs at Glenn's auto that helped me through this inconvenience.

Took my 2013 Elantra to this shop as a new client. My steering was making a funny sound. They diagnosed the problem as being a bad gear in the steering box. I would have gladly paid for the repair which was between $400 - $700. Instead they took the time to see if my car had a recall on this part, and turns out there was. They referred me to the dealer who replaced the defective part without a cost to me. I appreciate Mike’s (owner) honesty and professionalism. Should I need service any of my vehicles , I will come back.

Took my Ford F-150 to Glenn's auto because I was experiencing a slight squeak coming from my breaking system. Mike took a look and low and behold I needed breaks. I new my truck was in good hands and whatever that squeak was , he was going to fix my issue. Mike's knowledge and experience, along with his honest opinion I hold in high regard.
